CJ Global, Inc. — Local services in Fair Lawn

Impressive! I had to share. I purchased some US Army walkie talkies online from CJ Global for my 11 year old son for x-mas. Within a few days my packaged arrived. To my surprise it was a fast charging desk top organizer combo, not the walkie talkies. I emailed the company the product and receipt with a brief explanation of the situation that evening. I was really expecting a run around or hassle, or no reply at all. To my surprise, at little after 9am the following morning my phone rings. Not knowing the number, but being a barber and taking the opportunity to step outside for a quick break, I took the call expecting a robot call. To my delight, it was the owner of CJ Global, Shai! We had a nice discussion, he explained the mix up and said he was sending the walkie-talkies out today...... impressed already with a response, much less a phone call from the owner, he then offered for me to pick out another gift for my son and he would add it in with the walkie-talkies!! I couldn't believe it! We've talked in the barbershop how customer service has taken a massive hit since the pandemic. Well, I'm here to praise and say Shai and CJ Global have went above and beyond any expectation I could of imagined and we could all take a page out of Shai's book when it comes to customer service! Shai, you are the man and I know my son will love the US Army themed walkie-talkies and US Army themed belt supply pack you threw in!!...

I purchased a COB Work Light today at Rural King and I am somewhat disappointed in the color of the product compared to the image on the box. I thought it was going to be light green around the edges just like the photo. Being retired Army it was the color scheme that attracted me. Ends up...
