Paul’s valley automotive customer service is A one . They did a tune up and oil change on my 2012 ford flex. However I asked for them to repair the oil leak I had on my vehicle. I had a missed call from them so I returned the call back and then asked if they had taken care of the leak. As well since they were done so quickly with my vehicle. The serviceman told me he didn’t know about fixing the leak . I then asked if he could repair the leak. He said that he will take a look at it and call me back . He called back and said that he replace the gasket on the manifold. I went the next day to pick up my car and it ran awesome. Then next day when I got to work I noticed it was still leaking . So let me say they didn’t charge me for the gasket . So I callled him I. A Wednesday evening right before they were to close at 5 pm. And told him the car was still leaking oil , he said that he will order a manifold cover and then get back with me , I did let him know that I had to leave on Sunday to return back home 20 hr drive . And he said that they will be closed in the weekend including Friday . Which was fine but I could have returned the vehicle o. Thursday to get it repaired I waited for his call back . Never got one . So I let it be . My issues is when I got home the leak was really bad I had almost no oil I. The car . I had to get my mechanic to fix the issue. I would have returned the call however I worked nights and it was too late to bring the car to them . If you say that you did something or that you will order a part to fix it . Then stand in it . Money was no option. They do great work but make sure that you ask the questions and double check that the work you asked for. Is I fact done . So I score them a 3 because of the lie I was told . The gasket was never replaced . I am happy that I made it home or I would have been out of a car that I just paid off . Great owner great people with respect . However the serviceman...

I stopped at a tire shop by the interstate exit, who recommended I take it here, and I am so thankful! Even though they were very busy, they squeezed me in. They couldn’t get the part and fix it until the next morning, so Debbie drove me to a hotel on her way home. The next morning, they worked on my car first thing and then had Dustin come pick me up from the hotel. Such nice people and incredible service! I was back on the road quickly. They are incredible! They're good at what they do, and if any seller gives you grief about not being able to take to it PVA before paying for the vehicle, you probably dont want to do business with that seller anyway. I highly recommend this place. I'm so glad I found them. And look....they're fair all the way around. When I told them that something wrong was happening with a vehicle, they told me they could say i told them that, but they can't list it in their report unless they experience it themselves....
