EXTREMELY RUDE over the phone. I called to ask if they were still delivering on Friday at 2:45p she said she stopped at noon & doesn’t deliver on Saturday or Sunday - no problem. I said I was going to call around & see if anyone could deliver tomorrow & she said “…have a good day.” CLICK. No reason for that. I didn’t expect anyone to bend over backwards & no problem if you don’t deliver on the weekends but save the attitude for whoever you’re mad at because it isn’t me.

Bloomin Crazy is delivering flowers for me instead & they’ll continue to get my business for any of my flower needs in the Paul’s Valley area.

My Redhead loves yellow roses but she always says "Don't spend money on flowers, that is silly" Then she always just melts when they are delivered so I did not try to "pre-order" any yellow roses. I called the day before our 51st Wedding anniversary to see if Valley Blossom might, accidentally, have a dozen Yellow roses. The very polity young lady offered me white roses, red roses, White roses with red edges and even some pink roses I think. I explained it was yellow or nothing. This was at about 10 AM. I asked her if they could have some the next day and she said "Sure!" the next day on our 51st Wedding anniversary They delivered a dozen beautiful Yellow long stemmed Roses in a wonderful arrangement that made my redhead cry! They are still beautiful today (6 days later) and Valley Blossom did great. They delivered them around 9:30 or so in the morning so my wife got to start enjoying very early in the day! Ordered a large container garden online for a Funeral Service. I regret not having a photo to share because it was absolutely beautiful! The plants were artfully arranged, very healthy and the pot was also gorgeous! I rarely get to see what is sent when I order something and was amazed at the quality. It couldn't have been nicer if I had picked it up in person. The online process I used to order initially was user friendly. I did have to call due to an issue that was actually a credit card issue but----the person I talked to was very helpful and friendly.
