I've been taking kratom for a few years for chronic pain and I saw these guys sold it. I apparently got a bad batch here that didn't resemble anything I'd ever taken before. It was about two weeks before I was able to make it in to let them know and I honestly thought I might get some pushback. The guy looked at it and was totally cool about agreeing it was not right and gave me the equivalent amount of a better brand. Haven't tried it yet but it definitely looks and smells good. I definitely appreciate it. Didn't know if I was about to be out 45 bucks or not but they made it right....

Boy, we had a pretty unsavory experience at this shop. The kid that was working was less than enthusiastic to help us. You would think around the busiest retail month you’d put in a smile and say more than three words to your customers. We ended up purchasing something for a gift, but reluctantly. The room was full of boxes he was unpacking, which made it hard to shop. We bought a big very breakable piece and I had to ask for some bubble wrap and had to wrap it myself.Over all just bad service. We frequent shops like this often and was excited to check out a new place....

They have great deals and prices, and the people are usually very nice, but most of them haven't the slightest clue about any of the product they are selling. This is the third time I've gone to the shop and told them what part I need, showed them the product I need it for, and they've still ended up giving me the wrong size part. I'm tired of having to run back and forth errands to fix mistakes that could have been avoided had these people received any actual training or information on...
