Extremely disappointed in "customer service". We had purchased 2 phones there less than 2 years ago. My husband's flip top phone did not want to come on or take a charge. We thought it might need a new battery. Went to Paw Paw's store where purchased. Without touching the phone or charger I brought in I was told that they don't sell batteries. Most likely it was the processor or plug in port that would be too costly to repair. It wasn't even time for an upgrade but I should pay off the balance of $48, get a new phone nothing near the style he had and start paying the phone fee for another two years. Since the phone they offered was a little less per month, they concluded I would be saving money! They forgot the idea that it was almost paid off and I would not have that monthly fee. I asked if they could check it with another battery or check the charger. At that time another representative came over, actually touched the phone, took out the battery and showed me some mark indicated water damage and that would destroy entire phone. Walked out with my phone not making a purchase. At home I found another charger, showed charging, took charge and has been working fine ever since. They are only interested in selling, no customer...
Read moreSpent half a day ordering the phones. My daughter had to go back two hours later to pick hers up. My screen cover was suppose to be available then also. No cover. They said they'd call....no callx2 days. Finally got them to answer phone. No one knows anything about it (but I was charged for it by my salesman the district manager)and it won't be available for a week. Salesperson wanted to know why I was unhappy with them🙄 He said they were a third party(guess that means they sell Verizon but don't actually stand behind anything they sell as witnessed by my son in law being told to call Verizon for his new phone that he bought from Russel cellular not working properly. He was on the phone with Verizon most of the time we were at Russel cellular buying our phones and he still didn't get it fixed). Why Verizon? Because where I live Verizon gets good reception. Believe me otherwise I'd have...
Read morePoor customer service and they don't keep their word. Tried to take advantage of BOGO offer, but they were out of stock. Ordered phones and when they arrived they refused to honor the BOGO deal after I waited over 30 minutes for help. When I asked if they would work with me on pricing or a plan, they said no. Said that I could call corporate but that office probably wouldn't do anything.
Manager Tonya was rude and uncaring and refused to call a district manager or the store owner to save a sale and potential long term customer. Sales agent Lindsay was worse; she was complaining on the phone to her regional manager about a .30 cent raise and having a personal conversation instead of helping me.
Bad bad customer service and no desire to...
