Yesterday I went in and bought a vape battery. The whole time the worker on site was engaged in a telephone conversation, even as I was trying to ask him questions concerning my upcoming purchase. I blew off that he couldn't or didn't attend to my presence in a friendly business manner with any knowledge about the products he sells. I still made the purchase and when I got home, after following the directions on package realized the product did not work as in broken. I went to exchange product today and the same worker just took product and immediately gave me money back. I asked if I could just exchange product and his response was no they were all broken. I have never dealt with someone so rude or ICY as he was. I have shopped this store many times over the past 8 years but that was my absolute last time. The volume you do on a monthly basis lowers your service fee. Convenience stores do large volume of debit card business on a monthly basis.
