Brought in an IPhone for the screen to be replaced before I went on vacation. The screen did not work so I called them before I left and told them that I will return it after vacation. When I returned they stated that I never had the phone replaced at their facility, even though I had a charge from them on my credit card. Called the manager Nick too many times and HE WOULD NEVER RETURN MY CALLS (they are not that busy). He finally decided to replace the screen. I drop it off and return in about 2 weeks…now the phone is nowhere to be found; he claims I never returned (says it happens all the time—their customers go to jail sometime he said), SO THEY THREW THE PHONE OUT! Now this phone was in working condition so i’d suspect otherwise. Which is worse is that he gets a broken phone from the trash and hands it to me claiming that maybe that is my phone.

I have never given any business a bad review but today I am giving phone hub on mineral spring ave a bad one … I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can’t press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn’t work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again… mind you it’s not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a...

I usually come here to get my screen repaired and never had a problem. But today wasn't like it. A month I went to get my phone screen repaired; the guy that fixes phones gave a me a 90-day warranty that day. So unfortunately, last Friday I had an accident at work with my phone. My phone screen cracked, and my screen completely just went blank. I see nothing but a grey screen. So, I decided to go in today to see if I can get it repaired. But of course not, the dude says to me because the screen is cracked the 90-day warranty doesn't cover it. I don't get it cause before I had the same issue, and I got my screen fixed without a problem. but now I'm annoyed because why give me a 90-day warranty if you can't...
