I noticed a pile of trash behind a trailer in the loaded lot. " You gotta be kidding me!" I said out load. I hadn't noticed yet that the driver was in the trailer, picking nails out of the grooves. I said I understood what a pain the HD loads can be to clean up and tried to make some encouraging small- talk. I offered to get him a bag to put the nails and trash in.
