Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Payette

They are incredibly busy all the time so it is obvious that they are well liked. For me personally, the coffee is a bit lacking in flavor, the do not have Caramel syrup (only Salted Caramel) so I am forced to have salted caramel or use caramel sauce which is disgusting so I don't go there often. When I do go there, I always ask for and pay for extra flavoring but do not get it. That is my own fault for not checking it thoroughly before I leave, but I sure would appreciate it if I got what I paid for. I don't believe it is intentional at all, nor do I fault the employees. It is my responsibility to check it before I leave and I forget. Lastly, their music is SOOO LOUD that I cannot hear them speaking to me and most of the time they are looking somewhere else so I find myself having to constantly ask them to repeat what they said. To add something nice, so that I am not just focused on the negative, the employees have always been kind, friendly, and respectful. Ok so I’ve been getting Dutch at the Payette location since I moved back in 2021. And was extremely excited to know that the owner is someone who use to make my Dutch years ago. I’m giving only 2 stars when this location literally deserves none only because of maybe a handful of employees still work there. Within the past year the crew there is unprofessional, rude, and always making mistakes. I get it mistakes happen. But when I’ve been a regular for so long it shouldn’t be hard! Today I got my usual and once again was made WRONG! I even politely said I don’t think my drink was made right. The young lady who made my drink insisted she made it correctly. Again I politely said it’s a caramelizar nitro cold brew. The chocolate milk was not added nor flavor! It was straight cold brew and 3 extra shots of espresso. Been going here for years, every single time my husband and I order ONE type of drink. Usually you ask for a drink and you get it cold or hot. This time we ask for the drink we always get and she asks us how we want it made, all the details. I don't know HOW you make it, thats why they haves names right? So unsurprisingly, We did not get what we wanted or asked for. We sent it back explaining only to recieve exactly what we had but with cream... I just want what I usually get, I want what I ordered.
