Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Payette

This place is the worst fast food place I have ever been to the food is sloppy not hot and over priced. The mushroom sauce for the mushroom Swiss Burgers was overcooked and gummy like it wasn't changed out and had been in warmer all day my visit was at 4:30. Not a rush hour time. The dining area had only 2 cl an tables, I even asked if they had just had a rush, and was told no it's been pretty slow since lunch. I spoke with the manager, the worst manager, no I'm sorry how can we make it better our fries were cold and stale the burgers were thrown together with no care for quality or guest the staff was rude. The manager a woman in her late twenties or early thirties wasn't even wearing a name tag so I didn't get her name. I have worked in food industry for over 25yrs. and have been a manager, if this is the way she runs that location, there is no guessing why I hardly ever see very many cars there. For a small town this place should be hopping. If I were the owner well I would get better accountable managers and maybe you might a huge increase in business and profits. Never again will I stop there, unless they want to replace the 2 meals I bought and have me taste something fresh and appealing, change the attitudes and...

Terrible... Visit was at 5:00 PM in the afternoon. Myself and one other visited Arctic circle in hopes to order shakes and a side of frys. We walked to the counter and the lady behind the desk told us it would be a minute before they could take our order. We stood in front of the counter and watched 3 employees hand out orders to the window and serve one family that was seated in the dining room for approximately 22 minutes and we decided to leave. Prior to us walking out two more employees walked into the restaurant totalling 5 employees, one of the employees that walked in was dressed in uniform and the other wearing a basketball jersey. None of these individuals took our order or bothered to tell us there was going to be this long of a wait. If one family in your lobby and a semi steady drive through warrants you to ignore walk-in customers then don't go to this restaurant. Go...

Used to be a top on our list for fast food. Not anymore. Our order is NEVER right. Even if we only order one meal its wrong. Then the employees get an attitude and throw a fit when you ask for your recept. Every single time I order the kids meal dosemt matter what I order I ALWAYS get chicken rings. Not one time have I ever ordered chicken rings. I've ordered the mini corn dogs and burger and both times they have given me chicken rings. Then if I check the food and tell them they were wrong and this isn't what I ordered they give attitude and slam the window and tell me to pull forward and make me wait 20 minutes plus for something that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to fry really quick....
