I ordered carry out and got home to find they had completely messed up my order. I got a dinner box with meat lovers pizza - they put white sauce instead of marinara and I asked for bell peppers to be added. I called and the person that answered asked for my phone number and I gave it to them and they hung up. I called back and same thing asked for phone number and I gave it to them and then listened to this woman breathe for like a minute before I said hello and she was like I’m still here, delivery or carry out and then I explained my situation and she had an attitude and the only resolution they had was for me to bring it in and be remade. I am not about to waste gas going back when they messed up my order. Also they did not apologize for the mess up. They were all around just rude. Never want to deal with them again. They are their own best advertisement for downloading the app and not having to deal with ordering over the phone. We're very regular customers and each time it takes about ten minutes to order a pizza. They read our card number back out loud several times and never seem to get it right. I certainly hope there's someone standing there ordering pizza writing our card number down so they can get their Pizza free for the night. Also, while they're trying to take an order, their phone rings super loud off the hook and they keep saying they can't hear you and apologizing.
