Originally, I was scheduled to load yesterday at 8 AM, but the shipper rescheduled to 11 AM today. I arrived on time, only to be told they might not load me until tomorrow. Thankfully I convinced them to load me today. For check-in: drive straight past the office, then turn right, and right again before the scale — make wide turns, the road is narrow. Then drive onto the scale and check in at the small scale house. After that you park and wait until they call you for a dock. There are only two docks and loading is slow, with a lunch break. After loading you return to the scale. Important: slide tandems back before going to the dock, and slide them forward again before going back on the scale — otherwise you won’t line up properly. Horrible customer. Working with them was a nightmare. It took us 2 years to get paid for dozen loads. Berenise is the biggest lier and the bihhest crook of them all. I don't knw why Leslie works there because everytime you call her, she has no answer to ANYTHING. Estefanie is slightly better than these two liers but don't trust her too.
