I stopped into this store while window shopping in Payson and had a delightful experience that was unexpected . As soon as I walked in the door, the owner greeted me and told me about new items she had received. I spotted an item that I loved and she immediately took it and wrapped it up so it wouldn’t break while traveling. As I browsed thru the store, she pointed out different items but was never pushy. I ended up buying numerous things because she took the time to gather my likes and dislikes and then suggest different items which I fell in love with.

Some of my family went here to buy gifts before leaving town. After buying a few things, they asked Debbie what other souvenir shops were close by. She told them there weren’t any which is a LIE. There are several just a few doors down. Her greedy, rude treatment of my family just lost her MANY potential customers. Shame on you Debbie. As a local myself, I am embarrassed by your behavior. I stopped by on my way back from Tonto State Park. I was so enthralled by Debbie and her helpful, friendly demeanor. She was so patient and showed my sister and I so many things in the store. I love when shop owners take pride in their stock and are just as excited to share the items with their customers. I wish I could have bought so much more to support her shop.
