PostNet — Local services in Payson

I've had a box here for a few years and was happy and willing to overlook Mr. Conklin. Mr. Conklin returned one of my packages without bothering to look at the name and this little stunt has cost me $200.00 when this part should of saved me $$$. The girls there are great and when I questioned them they assured me they don't send packages back especially if they just had arrived within a few hours. The girls were just as shocked. I had arrived and spoke to him while he was fumbling around with something else and he claimed there was no package for me. I had followed its tracking for a week and even had a conversation as Conklin signed for it.What the hell is that about, it's not like he is a new employee that made a mistake. He just does his job terribly. He has horrible customer service manners...when you step up to the desk he never gives you his attention he is always doing something else or mentally in another place, he dismisses you without dismissing you! He should not be in customer service if he doesn't care to be waiting on people. He is what I would consider one of those people who has his head up his own @#*!! I have always enjoyed a positive and friendly experience with PostNet over the past several years, but nothing like I experienced over the last week! I had two separate orders from the same seller, the first of which arrived with the wrong item and the second item was way incorrect. I requested a refund or replacement and was instructed to take the item to a UPS facility, (PostNet in Payson being my favorite) and have them print out a shipping label found on my phone via a QR. I was told initially that PostNet was not in a position to do so, but after a very complex and thorough technical investigation by a skilled and knowledgeable PostNet associate, Antoinette, the shipping label was printed out, the item returned, and the second item was much easier as the mystery technology had been solved forever more. I am extremely grateful to Antoinette for going the extra technical mile and not giving in, and for whom, unfortunately, I cannot give a raise, but for whom I certainly CAN give...

Never expect same day service here. I needed two papers printed which is at most a five minute job. When I assumed out loud that it would be done today the annoyed lady helping said "it wont be done today". She stayed silent about when it would be done while she filled out my paper work. As I was leaving she said "we will call you when it's ready". So, I left without knowing when I would have my two papers printed. It was ready the next day but I couldnt pick it up because I was at work. For what was supposed to be a quick errand for me on my day off turned into me having to drive a hour round trip to come back. This place should have a self serve area for customers to use so overwhelmed employes or printers don't have to help cutomers with simple jobs. I'm highly considering buying my own color printer for home after this. I would have happily gone elsewhere for this service if I had known of another business in Payson that...
