E-Z Plumbing And Drain — Local services in Payson

Worst service ever! They were prompt to respond but left our yard looking like a bomb went off!

Our water main broke in December and they came and fixed. While they were trying to fix it their machine broke so they had to dig up our entire front yard. We understood they aren't landscapers but you'd think they'd have common sense.

Less than 30 days later the water main broke again. They had installed it incorrectly and caused even more damage. This resulted in yet more damage to our yard.

Then we went to turn on our sprinkler system and they forgot to hook that up to the water main when they fixed it the first time. Yup you guessed it. They had to rip up the yard a 3rd time. I understand this wasn't the plumber, he hired incompetent workers that couldn't do the job right and took 3 times to fix a problem with our yard getting worse and worse each time.

The owner refuses to take any responsibility and is offering no solution. Because this happened outside of our house its not covered by insurance and has now cost us well over $10,000!!
