(Friday afternoon) Found an older Logan Coach trailer they had for sale, the asking price was listed on the ad along with some details about the trailer. I live about 90 miles from their location so I figured I would call and find out more about the trailer before traveling to their location. I spoke with Braxton which was very helpful, we talked and negotiated a price, I offered to place some type of deposit on the trailer he assured me that he had to get it into the shop on Monday to make sure the brakes and all the lighting was working properly, so we did not need a deposit. He told me once he was completed he would call me so we could arrange a pick up time, and we could finalize the deal. He sent an invoice to me so it was all in writing. Saturday at 2:50 in the afternoon (they close at 3), I receive an Email that simply stated "The Logan sold today", I immediately replied to the email saying "I thought we had a deal?" Then I called and of coarse nobody answered. I left a voicemail and the reply to the Email assuming someone would call me with some type of explanation, which they did not. I called Monday morning during business hours to see if someone could give me an explanation of what happened, when asked what this was in regards to I was placed on hold then the gal that answered returned to tell me Glen was busy. (of coarse he was :/). I never received an answer so here is my one star review...
Read moreI brought a load of steel down to Hjorth Brothers in Mapleton, where we saw what had happened. Fried a rear wheel bearing and hub without feeling/seeing/hearing anything. Called all over the place. Repair shops had no parts. Parts shops didn't do repair. After a half hour of calling the wrong people, I called Frontier. Told the man on the phone that I was hoping to get back on the road to SLC as soon as I could. "Oh yeah, we can help ya." So I 3-wheeled the trailer 10 minutes to these guys. Pulled up, told the guys about my phone call. Didn't seem to matter much, they just got right to it. I mean they actually dropped what they were doing, and took care of the situation. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Bearing, hub, and backing plate/brakes! Didn't even charge any kind of emergency service fee, or anything like that. I only wish they were closer to our shop in SLC. Not to mention the super nice horse trailers they make there. I can't tell you how impressed I am with...
Read moreI took two older trailers to have the brakes and wiring fixed. I had taken them to other places before, and the repairs weren't done well and it was expensive. Braxton at Frontier was very thorough, and would talk me through everything that needed done. He even repaired some welds and other things that I hadn't known needed fixed. His final charge was less than the estimated amount, the trailers are great, and he was fast and professional. All of the staff are delightful to work with, I won't take my trailers anywhere else after this. They...
