I am so happy Kidtopia is here in Spanish Fork! Once you are inside it is truly astonishing how many things they can fit into this place. It is very clean, bright, and the atmosphere was good. The employees were attentive, quick, and kind. They have a lot of seating options for parents/spectators to watch the children---but also have the option for parents to join their kids which I greatly appreciated. Their slides were amazing, and my son had a blast on them! He also loved the obstacle course they have! The metal slides were probably his favorite along with the tube slide. He also loved to play the claw machines and the prizes in them were great! I can absolutely see the value in having the monthly pass which is what we signed him up for-but their punch cards are also very reasonable! My son is really wanting to have his birthday party here, so that may have to happen this year! For those who have smaller children they have a whole section dedicated to them, and it looks really cute and fun for kids. Our son is nearly 8 so he did not go into this area, but I also appreciated that it is blocked off to ensure that larger kids are not running into the smaller children. We will of course definitely...
ย ย ย Read moreOk this place was awesome! We love Kidstopia and have been often to the one in Bluffdale and a few times to the one in Roy so we had to check this one out. First off, it has several new slides and play areas that are super fun! My kids loved the step slides and the tube slide. The workers here today were awesome. Friendly and attentive helping to boost our experience. One of them helped make the tube slide more slick and even won stuffed animals from the claw machines for each of my kids! It is clean and not over crowded like the one in Bluffdale often is but that could just be because we came on the 4th. Also they had a Mother's room which was amazing. It was clean and the nursing chair was comfortable. I love the space theme too! There were a few things that didn't work like the ball cannon and a free others which was slightly disappointing since it's so new but overall didn't hinder our experience. Lastly, my 3 year old wandered off and got lost and the workers found her remembered she belonged to me and found me quickly. Overall we had a stellar experience! I wish this one was closer...

They have these gates that you need wrist bands to go through that are not very kid friendly. Ive seen so many kids cry trying to get in and out and the gates wont open or they shut on you. They've squished so many kids behind them too when they open.
And it is overpriced. Charging for children not even 1 years old is kinda ridiculous considering half the time a baby isn't even playing.
PROS: On the bright side - the place is great for kids to play and has plenty of things to do for all ages (except for 1 and under). I do like the containment but the gates are annoying for the little kids.
My only complaints was the poor customer service and the price. I was not impressed with either of those, otherwise I would've rated...
