One of the clerks told my 8-year-old TWICE to stop touching a Lego name plate that was placed in front of the register at child height. (Presumably she made it? I won't reveal the name.) Advice: If you don't want kids to touch the Legos, DON'T PUT THEM WHERE ANY KID CAN REACH THEM. After my child apologized, she said, "You're forgiven." I don't know whether she was kidding, but it's rotten customer service in any context. I'd like to say this clerk was the worst I've had, but this location has at least one knucklehead working each time...

Just didn't have the same customer service standards as the 2 other Lego stores we went to that day in our road trip (outside of Boston, this was our first stop). Got my passport stamps tho! The workers just didn't seem as welcoming or talkative as the other stores, but Lego is a great company so don't let it stop...
