it is so bad that i wish i could give this specific location a zero but, unfortunately i must give this place a one. i have come to this location multiple times on multiple occasions, i have seen the workers (great customer service, always) either work in a rush or work in slow service depending on the week, day, or even hour. the drinks are okay, not particularly my favorite but it’s usually made with love by the girls. these are young girls working in the food industry and the food industry is tough and i admire them for that. their company however seems understaffed and it is not fair, especially if these workers are working long hours and may or may not have breaks in between. truthfully, i would not buy or support this company any further for...

Northshore Mall has some new respect from me!

I was shopping at Northshore Mall, as I was in the area and feeling a little parched, I found this gem of a store! I’m a little familiar with Boba but the two workers on site were very quick to help me and very hospitable and finding me something great to try. I had to get their names and write a review because I believe this is one of my new go-to stores in the area and I would highly recommend it after the great costumer service showed. There have been many complaints that this place is understaffed and i would like to agree. However, i have seen a girl walk in to apply for a job and the girl at the counter said they were not hiring, when in fact, there was a huge sign stating they were.
