Their kiosk doesn’t work and it’s stupid for them to have a bunch of staff that has to come over and try and help me with their automatic kiosk and then also not know how to use it so he has to take my order down manually and then make a special order and then try and find something on the kiosk that fits the correct price. If you can’t get technology to work, then don’t use it. Technology should make things easier, not annoying for the customer.

I’m also not tipping at a place where there is no service provided other than the order taking that was supposed to be provided by the automatic kiosk - why am I tipping a robot?

The food was not good but edible and it’s absurd prices for what is essentially a white washed Panda Express - I’ll go to the mall food court next time. Only redeeming aspect of the food is that my four year old was willing to eat it and he doesn’t eat much so I guess if they are catering to the tastes of a child and charging $15 for a child’s meal - this is the way to go.

Staff was friendly and helpful, can’t fault them. Store was clean and bright.

On Wednesday, July 16,2025 my wife and I went to Honeygrow restaurant, located in the North Shore Mall in Peabody, MA. What a great restaurant! We are Vegan and always on the lookout for good restaurants with Vegan options. So for us, the Create Your Own Stir-fry was perfect.We selected the Wheat Noodles and then added Vegetables from their wide variety of choices. Next we seled a garnish and a sauce. All that added up to a very delicious meal. If you are not Vegan they also offer: crab, roasted chicken, roasted shrimp, turkey meatballs, and roasted steak. So no matter what your taste, there is something for you. And let me tell you about the desert we chose. It was called the Honeygrow Fruit and Granola With Local Buckwheat Honey. What an amazing treat, very delicious and Vegan. There are not many restaurants that offer a Vegan desert. We were impressed ! And then there is the manager, Gabriel, who, when he saw my wife and I struggling with the Tuch Screen, came out from behind the counter and, with great kindness and patience, helped us place our order. A customer at my Body Shop recommended this place she said it was so amazing and they had many vegetarian options, so I quickly had to check it out . My son and I checked it out today and my let me tell you, it is crave worthy. I made my own noodle bowl with mushrooms egg noodles chili flakes garlic butter sauce spinach and toasted sesame seeds, my son had a garlic butter beef and egg noodle bowl ! They both were out of this world, the staff was extremely friendly and Gabriel the manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed upon exiting he thanked us for stopping in, at that point I told him we would definitely be back and that I knew my husband would absolutely love it there, he then proceeded to fill us in on the “honey bar” and might I add he also let my son and I try the cheese cake which is absolutely out of this world. My husband runs 3 well known restaurants in Salem, needless to say we know what good service is and Gabriel is the epitome of what good service is (he knows exactly what it takes to make people want to come back) I will highly recommend Honey Grow to my friends and family!
