Coach store very horrible experience today. I wanted to purchase a back pack & purse for my granddaughter. No one assisted me until I finally asked about a small purse with was on the 70% discount shelf. The original price was 119.00. Associate comes back to tell me it’s 119.00. The purse had a sticker that was 119.00 but when the associate came back she had removed the sticker. I ask why the sticker was removed she disappeared without saying anything for about 15 minutes then another lady came out saying she couldn’t give me the purse for this price which was 70% of the 119.00. I bought a bag July the 5th and try to return it July 11th my daughter had bought it for me not knowing I already had a coach but I tried to return it to get my refund and the store manager or whatever she was I don't know she had a real nasty attitude unprofessional she told me the bag smell like smoke it does not smell like smoke this bag is still new and she said she cannot take it back because it smell like smoke yes I smoke on my way there in my car but this bag is still new it doesn't smell like smoke so people what it was she smelled the smoke on Me this bag does not smell like cigarettes she wrong for not...

I normally wouldn't give a bad review just because a store was closed early without notice. But after driving two hours into town to specifically visit Coach two days in a row only to find a paper sign on the door apologizing for closing 6 hours early, I'm willing to change. Moral of this review: if you're planning on visiting Mississippi Outlet Coach, plan on getting there before 2pm lest they close their doors unexpectedly without informing anyone.
