Nike Factory Store - Pearl — Local services in Pearl

Rating: 1/5 "I recently visited the Nike store in Pearl, Mississippi, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in greeting or assisting customers, which made it difficult to get help.

Some employees appeared to be distracted and made certain customers feel uncomfortable, to the point where one woman was visibly upset and left the store in tears due to catcalling.

The atmosphere felt more like a club than a family-friendly retail environment. Additionally, some employees had a strong odor of marijuana, which was unpleasant.

It also seemed like the staff had a biased attitude, downgrading women and not providing them with the same level of respect as other customers.

Due to these issues, I wouldn't recommend this store to others. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service, create a more welcoming environment, and ensure all customers feel...

I mean the selection wasnt all that and when I went to the clearance rack with my big feet I actually found a pair of shoes I liked but they didnt have a clearance tag on it so I brought it up to the front she scanned it and said they were $225!!! For clearance shoes??? Really??? I can understand 150 I wouldn't even be mad but $225? No that's overkill and I'm sure one of the employees is gonna get them in a month or so for like 80% off. Tre was extremely helpful during my visit at Nike! He helped me find the right pair of shoes for exercising and helped me find an entire outfit for my son. Tre was very knowledgeable about shoes and had no problem telling me about which shoes were going to give me the best support. He suggested that I choose the Nike Peagasus and it is the MOST COMFORTABLE SHOE THAT I HAVE EVER WORN!!!!
