I’ve been searching for the perfect ring that fits my personality and style for about 2 years. Every time (and I do mean every time which has been probably 50 visits 😂), Jennifer makes us feel like family. She’s honest, warming, and full of spunk-just the type of service we love. LOL! Ms. Donna has the best customers service ever. She is very professional and she is looking to help from ever angle. All the staff is great, but after working with her after shopping at Kay's for years I don't want to go unless she is there. Her manger Chris is also a great help as well. By far the worst Kay store around. No one can answer the phone and when they do, they just hang up on you. They tried to blame my fiancé for losing a diamond out of a ring when THEY lost it when getting resized. They also lied about how to get in touch with us when the ring was back from getting resized, along with a lot of other things. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Please go to a different Kay’s.
