Everyone was super helpful until the home was paid for. Took the manager 3 weeks to call us back about having dirt pad done.. but the joke was on us! He didn’t call us he had the dirt guy call ... Not to mention their dirt guy called us and said if I do it you will need to sign off because I won’t be held responsible if dirt washes away! Well It finally got done 4 weeks later by someone else. Was given a delivery date of sat 9/11/21 .. with a comment if they don’t show up there’s nothing I can do about it, that will be on the movers! Really!! Don’t they work for you you?! Now the delivery date is Tuesday with a possibility of it being a week from Tuesday. Don’t believe salesman when they tell you it can be placed anywhere you want it! Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else!

It’s now oct 3rd. Home is delivered no where near level, some parts of the frame isn’t even touching the support beams. Now this has been moved up the ladder to the set up boss. Not sure what that really means. Still no air / heat unit. We paid cash for this new home and are 3 months into a 1 year warranty and home still isn’t completely set up. I fell as if the service guy is trying just no sense of urgency from anyone. Unfortunately I feel like I’ll have to get a lawyer involved. Also have set up an appointment to meet with the fire Marshall. Something has to give. Y’all...

I really do not want to give this place a one star. I purchased a home from the Pearl Home Center in 2016. I put down 10,000 on my home. I am having problems after problems. From the roof leaking. The pipe behind the wall. From my hallway bathroom started leaking. It ruined my carpet in the bedroom beside the bathroom. I had to get carpet replaced. The plywood on the floor replaced. The room had mold in it. Not sure how long it was leaking there. Because I had a dresser there. Which that was ruined because of the leak. My ceiling in my second living room. The have brown ring there.where the trailer connects. The roof if leaking. I am getting ready for a license roofer to come out and inspect it. Then to top it off. The mobile home was not set up right. The back side is sagging. My curio is leaning back on the walls. You can see outside through the doors. My pipes want even drain the water out of the showers and tubs. I got a complete mess at my house. I am not going to lay flat on my back. And throw that type of money away. I don't care if I got to contact 3 on your side. I am going to seek legal help. This is ridiculous. On the money I am spending out. All because the home was...

This was my first time purchasing a home which was a little scary because I wasn't sure what to expect, however the staff at Regional Homes made my experience a very pleasant one because they were very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very helpful during the entire process. Communication was very good. Overall as a customer I was very pleased with my transaction and would highly recommend Regional Homes and I love my new home which was delivered quickly!
