The first thing I have to say is that Pearl Revell Hardware is the best. When you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and help you with all your needs, I went in and it took a while until I got what I needed, and the young man that was helping me said he was sorry it took long, I told him not to apologize for the time it took he was helping me, not like some places just give you anything, and send you on your way if I could I would rate them 10+ everyone in there are so nice I highly recommend this Pearl Revell Hardware Customer Service is great anyone reading this review make this your first stop you will not be sorry, I don't do these reviews but I had to say something, because...

Only had to go for a few screws and anchors. But they were a specific kind I needed and didn't know what to get, only what I had to fix. Right when I walked thru the door I was greeted by at least 3 people and a man walked up right away and helped me figure out exactly what it was that I needed. When I went to the checkout the ladies there were very nice and friendly. They even signed me up for a rewards card. I've been to many R. Ace Hardware stores before and until going into Pearl's today I wasnt even aware they had a rewards card you could have without taking out a line of credit!

Man at the counter had a bad attitude and so did the lady who came to help. I was kind and just had a few questions about a product that I had bought from there. Not only were they not helpful but the older gentleman put his hand over his and shook it to show me how irritated he was with some simple questions about my mower. I would like to show how I feel and wish I had said something but I didn’t want to cause a scene over something so silly.
