The Pizza Shack — Restaurant in Pearl

We are Pizza Shack fans!!!! The Pizza Shack on fortification rd in Jackson is what got us hooked an since they finally put one closer to us We been coming to the one in Pearl....the pizzas rarely look like the pizzas from Pizza Shack from Jackson an Madison. I don't know why??? Everything we go to te one in Pearl they always out of something our pizzas always look like paper thin, an always looks over cooked an honestly tastes eeeehhh so so....when we are in Madison we will go to Pizza Shack their an it's always like Pizza from the fortification road Pizza are delish!!!! Not sure why the one in Pearl is different? They all sister Pizza Shacks....the staffs are great no issues there just quality of the pizzas is way off so I don't know....I guess we gonna stick to Pizza Shacks from Jackson an Madison...we live in Rankin county but I'd rather make the drive for the better pizzas. I wish they can see an find the reasons why. We still Pizza Shack...

When my family and I first ordered here the food was DELICIOUS and filling. Huge slices, thick cut and flavorful wings and we really enjoyed the uniqueness of it. Nowadays? Everytime we attempt to order quality wings they come out incredibly tiny and burnt, the pizza crust burnt and relatively thin and honestly such a disappointment.

I understand businesses have to cut back on food percentage and reduce costs, but if that's the case and you substitute the prices for thin wings for over $20? So sad, and I still paid high money for cheap food. If I wanted cheap pizza I could've gone to Little Ceasars. Suggestion: stick to Little Ceasars if you want cheap stuff. Don't waste money for disappointing results. Hope they change this business practice before they...

We ate here when they first opened and it was great. Came and ate lunch here last week and it was awful. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took well over 30 minutes to get our food (we ordered sandwiches). When my mother ordered, everything she wanted to order they did not have, so she settled for a sandwich (had to substitute the cheese that came on it because they were out of that too). When they finally started making our food, one of the employees was eating while making our food. The restaurant is in need of new furniture and a DEEP cleaning badly! I have never left a restaurant and felt gross until that day. Unfortunately, I will not return and will not order To-Go ever again after seeing the state of...
