Yummy Japanese Express — Restaurant in Pearl

Nauseating! Inedible! That's NOT CHICKEN they're selling! Not sure what it is, but it's awful! Fried rice didn't have much flavor and had old stale scrambled egg bits in it. The sweet & sour sauce didn't have much flavor. Threw the whole meal in the garbage. Will be calling the Department of Health for them to investigate this place!!! They need to be shut down!!!!! Restaurant dining area wasn’t clean and about 90 degrees on a hot Fall day.

Update: called the restaurant to see why such drastic negative changes. The place has been sold and is under new ownership. It's bad. Go...

We tried this place for the first time and great!! We got the shrimp, scallops, steak, and general tso. The rice is moist. We love every bit and great portions. They are very friendly and we will go back. The only thing that would be good is maybe they give u more vegs like the other Express places. They give the broccoli and I appreciate the extra pink sauce. Maybe too more season on the meat. The wontons were amazing. Thank u...

New customer but went by there today with my name as “gg”. Not only did she remember my name, she was very very sweet at the front counter. Most defi will be a regular customer now! I love that the meat on top of the combination rice is on top instead of mixed all in. You get to actually see your meat. Rice was delicious and as stated, I will be returning!! Very patience and not rushy. O and they call you when your food is ready!...
