Spent a few months and several trips looking at a couch and love seat pair. They were on sale for $2300. Was finally in the place to take on the debt of financing. Got approved for $3000 and was ready to close the deal. Then was informed that the set on the display, that has been on display since late October/early November, that had a small imperfection was the last one they had. I asked the salesperson for a small accommodation for this being a display set and it being imperfect. I said surely you wouldn't expect me to pay the same price as the people who have purchased these prior to me who got brand new not floor displays. I said im not asking for some big amount off, just make me feel good about buying what essentially is a used couch. I referenced even throwing in the $79 delivery fee would be fine ( I live one mile from the store) .
He walks away supposedly to ask his manager. He returns saying that full price plus delivery and tax is the best he can do.
I get that $2300 is not a ton of money in the furniture world, but it's still $2300. For that this store could have closed a deal, made room for new items to display and cleared out an item that they were no longer carrying. So $79 kept them from closing a $2300 sale.
The associate all though not disrespectful in anyway, was very indifferent. We need a recliner and a new bedroom set. I can't see myself making those purchases or any other purchases in the future if they choose do to do business that way. When I received the bedroom set, I noticed that the King Size was overwhelming for my bedroom space. When I called back to the store to speak with someone directly, I was referred to the manager, Jamie. Unfortunately, Jamie was not helpful at all. Instead of offering a customer you matter solution, she was dismissive and borderline rude. My goal in this situation was only to downsize the bed, she was trying to upcharge me for the whole set that was purchased during the Labor Day Sale. She acted as if I was not a paying customer, but the public because she stated, āthe owner does not speak with the public.ā
I came into this establishment with the intention of supporting this business but received disrespect and dismissal. As a paying customer purchasing one of the highest merchandises in the store, I expected courtesy and great customer service- not to be made to feel like I am a problem for simply asking for assistance in making a simple change, letās not forget that I was still in the 72-hour window for returning.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share. Poor communication, unprofessional management and complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend this...

I appreciated that the employees did not hover like some furniture stores do. When I finally found a sectional that I liked, the staff was very helpful in helping me take some measurements and during the sale itself. The prices were fair and I actually got my sectional on a nice sale that made the value even better. Everyone was very nice and explained the policies and charges clearly. When it came time for the sectional to be delivered, the guys who brought it were punctual, polite, and gave ample notice for when they would arrive. Because of COVID they were not able to set the sectional up in my home, but they were very helpful in briefly explaining what I would need to do and the set up was very simple.
