The evening manager on 6/18/21, Yolanda, is such a helpful and kind person. We didn’t eat here, but our son’s car broke down and had been left in their parking lot many days while we were out of state & our son was in the hospital. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get back in time to retrieve the car before they had to have it towed. But Yolanda was so helpful to us and was able to tell us that it had indeed been towed and would call us back with the tow company info. She called back a couple of hours later with the info we needed & asked if our son was doing ok. I pulled in and ordered a item. When the item was bought to the car it looked like it was just thrown together. I ask for the manager. She came out and I explained to her I had purchase this item before however it had never been prepared like that before. Well instead of having good customer service to ask if I would like them to refix it she immediately told me well we will refund you the money. On top of that, I said will go to the other Bumpers and her response was that she was gone call them and let them know. I said what?? Call them for what....
