Went to their physical office in MS for an order where they had a sign basically saying no one has to wear a mask despite the mask mandate in our area. As a high risk person, this was very disheartening to see. The only employee present also did not wear or put on a mask when we arrived. At the very least you'd think they could wear a face shield for a few minutes. Their rubs are ok, but I don't think I want to support any company who sees high risk people...

Call 12/31/19 and talked to a man by the name Kenny bush . He was very rud on the phone . I had a question on how much curing salt to use in my deer sausage he hung up on me twice on the phone. Costumer service bad . Want be buying...
