One of the worst customer experience ever, the CSR gave the wrong change, and then forgot about the drink, I drove all the way back to the store and waited 10 minutes just to be able to talk to the manager. Neither the CSR nor the manager apologized for their mistakes, I asked if I could get any store credit, and the best the manager could do was offering something free on a specific day which I'm busy without any written consent to prove what happened today. I asked the manager if I could have a written consent from him and the manager refused. Before this the manager would always sign on my receipt if I asked for store credit / free order at any time, but for some reason this manager didn't have the audacity to do that, so I had no choice but to ask for a whole refund. Congratulations Taco Bell of Shadow Creek, you just wasted 30 minutes of a healthcare worker's time. It's disgusting to think that I'd spend a whole day taking care of patients just to receive this kind of treatment and incompetency. At least other places has coupons for front line workers... guess I won't...

He filled my salad with lettuce and plenty of it. That was pretty much it!!! He became indignant in his answer like you're not getting anymore. I asked that the Manager be called because I've had this problem before with him. But this time, it was just over the top. The Manager told him to just give me some more meat, please. The young man gave me a spoonful of meat in a very very small container that he didn't even bother to fill up. And it had more grease than meat, like he skimmed the grease from top/sides of the meat and gave it to me instead of meat. I was utterly disgusted about this blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The Manager, Mr. Anthony G. is wonderful, friendly, courteous but because of his worker I have resolved to never go back to this particular Taco Bell again. They did mess up my order last week but I do want to commend shift manager, Cesar. My order was wrong, I noticed once I made it to work at Memorial Hermann. He took down my name and when I went back a few days ago he provided me with the forgotten item and a refund on it. He was very courteous and helpful. The only thing I do not agree with is him blaming the employee for messing up order when I called. As a leader, take the blame yourself and deal with the employees accordingly behind the scenes. But besides that great job solving the problem and good customer service on his behalf. There is obviously something skewed within the company for all the recent negative complaints and for my incomplete order, so something needs work. There was a wait. Food was hot.
