Iāve always gone to the location at Broadway further down Pearland but this location is much better geographically for me and thankfully reduces my drive and clutter at the other location.
Now moving further to the food.
Iāve tried both ordering through the drive thru, online with their app (highly recommend as it rewards you and is handy for people on the go) and at the restaurant itself. For me the food is always hot and fresh and Iām not just using buzzwords for the sake of it. They will bring you your food curbside or at the mobile order station near the condiments if needed as their app facilitates the process and doesnāt make you have to wait any longer in the lines outside.
It seems like Chick-Fil-A just has a spark many other restaurants do not possess. Iām glad the customisation is always right as Iām quite picky and they havenāt gotten an order incorrectly.
The Spicy Chicken Deluxe is my personal favourite as it allows for a spicy option that many restaurants donāt offer or are not comparable to Chick-fil-A. People love coming here for the fries as well and the crushed bits of ice to go with your drink that is not only aesthetically pleasing but practical for cooling. The only thing I wish for there to be would be a spicier option but thatās up to corporate and deducing if a spicier option would sell regionally in Texas.
In conclusion Chick-fil-A offers a safe and concise experience that anyone can enjoy. The focus on chicken and customer service is what makes this restaurant a long standing advocate for healthier eating and healthier habits in interaction in the customer-employee relationship.
5 stars for this location (would have been 6 but it wasnāt at the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually never have any issues with Chic-Fil-A no matter where I go however this evening, I ordered my salad on the app for curbside pick up. When I get my Market Salad, I inspect it and the bag. The salad is missing Bleu cheese crumbles and my packages of granola and almonds are missing.
I leave my car and ask an employee for the missing items. She brings me the missing packages but proceeds to tell me I'd have to go back to my car and bring my salad back up to the window to be remade? What? Why? I don't need it remade. Just put the crumbles in a small container so I can be out my way.
I then ask for a manager because her request made no sense. Her manager comes out and restates what the employee said and cited it as a 'rule' to which I respond, "So I have to be further inconvenienced because your staff didn't fully fulfill my order now I have to go back to my car and retrieve my salad and wait more time for you all to remake it as opposed to just scooping the crumbles in a container so I can be on my way? You know that "rule" makes no sense, right?"
If that us indeed a rule, that needs to be amended bc it makes absolutely no sense and not to mention l, not customer satisfaction focused, when the easiest solution is to just put the missing ingredient in a small cup and get it out the door, especially during a high traffic time, in which they were in.
Needless to say, I wasn't doing all of that because I had already waited 15 minutes for my order in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you're ordering a Grilled Market Salad at this specific Shadow Creek location in Pearland, they will not take the blue cheese off of your salad when requesting to customize your salad. I have done it via app and in person before at this location & many other CFA locations. Tonight I ordered my salad through the app so I could pick it up through the drive thru. My only special request for my salad was "Please no blue cheese" which you can input in the comments when wanting to customize an order through the app. I arrive to this location, proceed through the drive thru, go through the motions of telling them my name and what I ordered. I go on to the window and the employee that told me this bizarre new rule was very sweet and kind and explained to me they no longer take blue cheese off of salads. It's not his fault, he doesn't make the rules he just works there. He told me the new manager or owner of that location has that rule now. I drove away pretty bummed because I hate the taste & smell of blue cheese and now I'm at home picking the blue cheese off of my salad puzzled thinking if it was a simple request that was fulfilled before to make your customers happy, why change the customization rule? Is this a feature or note you can add to such location on the app so people don't waste their time driving to pick up an order that was not prepared the way they requested....
