Wife's wedding band was in need of some serious repair, a small diamond had fallen out, and the rest of the mounts as he showed me were pretty bad shape. The owner is the guy you deal with, and he repairs things himself (I am pretty sure, I did not see him do it but got that impression). Rafael (the owner) is always patient and listens to type needs. The work he does is outstanding and always at a fair price. I drive completely across town for services and it's worth it. You won't find this at a big name chain and I've tried.
