Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pearland

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Pizza Hut recently with the manager Anthony on 6200 Broadway Pearland. Firstly, my order took a whopping hour to arrive, only to never show up. After finally managing to get through to them on the phone, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they had the audacity to argue with me, accusing me of simply trying to get a free pizza.

To add insult to injury, I discovered through a neighbor's Facebook post that they had received my order, prompting Pizza Hut to offer them a free pizza and hang up on me when I confronted them with proof of their blunder.

Venturing to the store to confront them in person was met with further disrespect from the night shift supervisor, who not only dismissed my concerns but also had the gall to dispute the amount I had paid, as if that somehow justified their incompetence.

Overall, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and utterly disappointed in Pizza Hut's appalling customer service. They have not only lost my business but have also managed to cultivate a lasting disdain for their brand. Avoid at all costs the 6200 Broadway...

RUDEEE!!! i ordered a delivery pizza here. my delivery time was ONE hour. after a hour i called because the app said it was still in the oven. the person answered and had nothing to say except he didnt have drivers. i told him they should better update the timing because i have work and wouldnt have placed it if i knew it’d take 2 hours. after 30 more minutes my order was canceled WHICH I DIDNT TELL HIM TO. and finally he answered after ignoring the calls. he made more excused that he was busy. i asked for a manger apparently i was speaking to him the whole time. after 2 hours he didnt offer to do ANYTHING for me and lied and said no one answered the door when NO one came to my door. i have a ring doorbell. so this “MANAGER” (which i didnt get a name because he hung up on me) LIED and only think i can think of is HE canceled my order!!!!!! im BEYOND mad and WILL NEVER order from this location...

This place deserves 0 stars. Please. If you can choose another location it is worth it. First review I've ever put on Google. Its that bad. 3+ hour delivery time. Had to drive there to cancel due to not answering phone. Got completely ignore, staff and manager refused to talk to me even when I stood right infront of them asking them to cancel it. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I've had bad experiences, this was different, this was complete disrespect and by far the most anti customer attitude I've ever seen. I beg you. There are other pizza huts that can deliver. Use them instead. You'll thank me.

Sorry forgot to mention. I was being cussed at under the breath of the employee there. Racist comments were said. I cant stress enough how bad...
