I got to try the Sonny's sampler platter, which came with brisket, sausage, ribs, and a drumstick. The smoke flavor was spot on across the board. The brisket was super flavorful, and the sausage had a nice little kick that I really enjoyed. The drumstick was a great size and honestly reminded me of those turkey legs you get at the rodeo—fun and satisfying. The ribs could’ve used a bit more flavor and tenderness; I was hoping they’d fall off the bone but they were still good. Won a sample platter from Sinister. Communication & pick up was smooth & straight forward. From the beginning it smelled delicious & presentation was awesome. Sample platter included a beef rib, sausage, a chicken drum, a piece of brisket, 2 slices of bread, bbq sauce, onions & pickles. The brisket had a little more fatty meat than what i like, but thats more personal preference. Everything tasted delicious 10/10. It had a great smoky flavor, and was perfectly seasoned. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sinister BBQ was delicious! Tender, juicy meat with great smoky flavor and a standout homemade BBQ sauce. Portions were generous, and you can tell they put care into the food — fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance to the BBQ. My only suggestion would be to add a touch more seasoning to really bring the flavors to life, but overall it was still delicious and satisfying. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!
