JB Hawks Discount Tobacco and Vape — Local services in Pekin

JB Hawks is AWESOME!! They have ALWAYS had my cigarettes and my husband's rolling tobacco and tubes in stock. They also have a variety of other items. It's nice to look at and/or try out from time to time. Even cooler, they have a drive through and video gaming machines! The gaming room is WONDERFUL. It's quiet and very clean. It's for a fireplace which adds to the ambiance. It also has a dedicated exit in the back just for smokers to step out for a smoke when gambling that is fenced in for security. They also offer small snacks (candy, trail mix, etc ), free cans of soda, I THINK $1 bottles of beer, and often hot fresh pizza or some other yummy food...FOR FREE! It's ALWAYS super clean, well stocked, and the staff are a bunch of ROCK STARS!! Oh yeah, and every Tuesday you can check your receipt numbers from the past week to a randomly drawn number and could win AT LEAST $50!! It's been OVER $700 before!!! Overall, THE BEST place in town for tobacco, lottery, or video gaming, AND CUSTOMER...

I've been a loyal customer for year's. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Normally the staff is very polite. Today on the other hand was very different. I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 packs of Lucky Strikes. The total was high than I expected, but I paid anyway. Then she handed me 4 packs of Marlboros. I said oh "that's why the price was higher I asked for Lucky Strikes" I wasn't rude I was actually smiling about it. Until she rudely said "you said Marlboros". I have worked in retail for a long time and one thing you never do is contradict what a customer just said. It is after all thier mouth that just said it. Maybe if she wasn't preoccupied by the conversation she was having with someone in the store or messing with her phone that was in her hand.... She might have gotten it right. She did offer to fix it, by I was already put off by the ordeal...

First i would like to thank everyone For being such wonderful customers. I am one of your cashiers at jb hawks ( Missy) and i have to say i absolutely love my job. I look forward to going to work everyday. I love my customers they are all very friendly and this is the first job i have had over half of the people i see tell me they love me only knowing me through work.
