Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Pekin

Ordered our food at 5:15PM on a Wednesday night and had to call 90 minutes later when our food didn’t show up and Dawn at that location said it was on its way. Then a few minutes later we get a call from her at 6:50 saying the delivery driver took our food to a completely different town that is not even in their service area and delivered the food and they accepted it and stole our food so unless you have all night to wait for your food, do not order delivery. Apparently they can’t read and enter addresses in correctly on their gps system.. Luckily Dawn was nice enough to remake the order and send it back out and refund us as well but this is ridiculous and I’m sure we will probably be waiting another 90+ minutes for THAT delivery. I called after ordering tonight I ordered an 8pc wing and when I opened it there was only 6 in the box so I was calling to see what happened?? And not only did someone answer but they asked if I could hold and then LEFT ME on hold for over 10 minutes. I wasn't that mad at first I just wanted my wings brought out to me then when I hung up and called back they said it was the call center. Which is a dummy bc I didn't think the call center sounded like a pizza restaurant in the background. Then said there was nothing he could do about the wings didn't even offer to remake them nothing. Said I could get a free pizza like no dude I just wanted my wings. Then to top it off the pizzas were cut like garbage, and my Philly was almost inedible. Absolutely will not order here again. Food is too expensive anymore then for them to act like it's no big deal....

I ordered 3 large pizzas using online ordering. I waited until the pizza tracker said the order was ready then went to the store to pickup my pizzas. The guy working informed me that my "mom" just picked up the pizzas. I told him my mom doesn't even live around here and nobody else would be picking up the pizzas I ordered online. From there he got extremely rude with me and said " I don't know what to tell you. If you want pizza you will have to order again". I showed him the pizza tracker where it shows they weren't picked up. Then he yelled at me and said "I don't know what to tell you man. I already cleared it out".
