Horrible experience. Waited the extra time until 3 so it'd be cheaper, still got charged full price, with a shrug of the shoulders told oops I didn't realize it was 3. Said no big deal, I'm not going to sweat it I get it. HOWEVER the fun only continued. Wasted a dollar in their outdated lockers trying to get ONE to work right. When we asked for help she left, got keys and her phone, idk why, our stuff wasn't locked in a locker THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. Wanted us to wait for her to come back with more keys, we decided nm were just wasting what time we have to enjoy the day cooling off, so again, that's ok it's just a dollar. Get in the pool and there's some kids throwing a football back and forth. I personally witnessed it hit 3 kids and watched them terrify several others with their dives to catch the ball, apparently they were friends of the lifeguard manager "Maddie" cause she kept telling them to stop throwing it but also continued to laugh and allow it to go on. Once it hit my fiance 3 times, he finally thru it out if the pool which naturally encouraged the kids to act like a bunch of asshat bullies and once again NO ONE CORRECTED. We promptly left, asked to speak to a manager and was given the run around on that as well. I understand kids splashing, but throwing footballs is a whole different thing. I tried to be extremely understanding in all the hickups we encountered but while I have been a life long lover of dragonland ( in my 30s mind you), me and my family will...
Read moreI used to like taking my kids here, but unfortunately I don't think I'll ever go back. I called because I had purchased a punch card late last season and lost it! I just found it while cleaning, and I was so excited because we've been talking about going. But I noticed that there's an expiration date on it 🤦♀️
So I figured I'd give them a call! Most places are understanding and great with customer service.
I called, the employee said she discuss it with her manager. They wouldn't do a darn thing! I understand that it has "an expiration date on it" but I still paid for it 🤨.
They must be doing really well if they can't be understanding of...
Read moreMy 5 year old took swimming lessons here and it was not as professional as I had anticipated. The coaches were teenagers and were trying to teach them to swim with both hands under water yet maybe 3 of the kids were going under without plugging their noses. Breath control and learning to go under without plugging noses should have come first in my opinion. The pool always looked clean but I was never in it. In the small section I'd roam for lounge chairs to wait out the hour about half the chairs were broken so you couldn't sit up. If the place was sparsley occupied I'd return but if it's crowded id rather not waste the money to just...
