Inline Lighting — Local services in Pelham

Just left there trying to return a light , we bought all our lights from here for our new home . Lights are very expensive , so we hung one up and didn’t like it , so went back here and bought another one to go over the table . Now realize we have spent $1000 here . She said oh we can’t take a light Back after it’s been hung , and you don’t have the box . We can’t take it back , then she continued to talk , if it’s defective we can take it back . So she could take it back if it was defective without a box . Unbelievable!! People want your business but they don’t want to take anything back . I’ve been in outsides sales for 10 years I would never treat my customers this way . She could have offered half credit or exchange it for something !!!No she said she couldn’t take it back because it had been hung and we had no box!!! $400.00 thrown away .
