I am glad to leave this 5-star review. The Wife and husband who own this place are very kind and know everything well. I had originally purchased a MEW4 RC 1/16 scale truck from Amazon and wanted to come here to buy a bigger and better one. The wife, a very kind lady, helped me choose the Traxxas Rustler VXL. It did not disappoint. It is a ton of fun, super fast, and overall a 9/10 car, (the 3s I think would make it a ten, [maybe anywhere besides the back street in my neighborhood would also be more fun]) I had trouble replacing my shock absorbers, that were a little short and slack, and I couldn't get the screws in, My dad, who also came with me to get the car since I got a 4.0 GPA on my report card (Not me flexing:😭 my grades) my dad also couldn't get the screws in, so when we took it in, the husband, a kind and informative sir, had got the screws in seamlessly and flawlessly with no extra cost. My dad and I, not wanting to come in buying nothing, bought a screwdriver set that has helped a ton with different addons, and an RC rocket ship, it is super fun. We also bought two Rage (brand name) foam toy planes, I ordered an airplane lightweight motor set, receiver, servo, and battery, attached it to the planes, and gave them to my little brothers. They loved it. So overall this hobby store is amazing, and I will definitely be coming back after Halloween, (traded in my candy to my dad to get an RC plane, we're going tomorrow to get it and I can't wait) This place is amazing and I highly recommend it. This has been a lifelong dream of mine, in my thirteen, almost 14, years of living, and I'm so glad I found it here. I'm starting to get into the RC hobby and I love it so much, but I love Jesus even more, And he loves you and me even more. WAY more. More than you can comprehend. So if you haven't become a Christian, it's never too late, and you should start now by reading the gospels and letters from Paul to the Romans, First Corinthians, Second Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, First Thessalonians, and Second Thessalonians. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! I've never had anything R/C before, and had an itch to fly something... so I looked these guys up and bought a helimax 1sq quadcopter. At first I thought something was wrong with it and I crashed and broke a boom,($10 fix,) so they showed me more and I left. I got cocky and flew the thing into oblivion, and went to get another. So my dog munched on that one and I needed a new Tx ready one, I bought another. That one got stuck in a tree where it still sits, and I bought ANOTHER! This is where it gets good, the last one I got had a bad board, so I brought it back and they gave me a new board, which was bad too!!! I brought it back again and without hesitation they replaced EVERYTHING for me, so in a week I bought 4 planes and parts too, and they replaced the same number do to a bad board in one. After all that I decided to buy a truck, which they were more than helpful in picking the right one, and gave me a great deal. Bottom line is they were happy to help whether or not I was spending money!! UPDATE 4/26/13: I yore my drive shaft up somehow in my truck, most likely the wheelies and aggressive driving I was doing, I was very upset not knowing what had happened, and they took it apart for free and replaced the drive shaft for free, although it was a used truck!!!! I felt stupid after seeing what it was and offered to pay for it but they would not have it! These guys are truly a quality establishment, even when I got upset they never stopped trying to help me, and they did!!! New motor new esc and new drive shaft is not a bad deal at all, along with priceless lessons on how to work on these things as well as how these things work in general! OMG I left the wrong review on this store! I'm so sorry! This is a great store, My first time here, only place for N Scale stuff in the state as far as I know and they have a good selection. Priced a little high, but understandable as these "mom and pop" stores are being choked out of business. Bought a brand new DC steam engine for 90 bucks, great price there and dont have to wait for shipping. Guy in the front i think was the owner, was very polite, as soon as i came in he let me use the restroom which some wont if you dont spend money first. I drove a hour and 10 mins this store. WELL WORTH IT! He has a good selection on everything from N HO and O as well as a little bit of Z stuff surprisingly. His store consists of kids toys, and hobbies from Trains, Nitro and Electric RC, and Planes. Go check it out, theres something there for everyone to enjoy! Edit: anyone saying they didnt get helped, is probably because they didnt ask, or maybe busy dealing with someone at that moment, i asked to look in a case when he was free and he promptly came over, and then thanked me before i even paid for it.
