Horrible customer service. They like to blame everyone but themselves. I had to upgrade my phone in November and was told they had a "promotion" that you could get a tablet for $1.00. I asked SEVERAL times if this would increase my bill and was told no. My first bill arrived and I didn't see any changes, but then the next bill arrived and it had gone up $60! When I tried to take the tablet back, the manager told me I was "past the 15 day return period" (which the charges weren't posted at the 15 day mark). She called her "manager" who apparently also said "no" to any kind of resolution to this. When I asked to speak to the Regional Manager myself, I was told I couldn't and there was nothing they could do. After pressing it, the manager finally agreed to ask the Regional Manager to call me which never happened. When I called Verizon Customer Service (who were helpful), they got the store on the line and the Rep who sold me the phone and tablet claimed NO responsibility and said it was my fault. NO attempt to rectify the situation. So now I'm stuck with a tablet I don't want for a $10/month fee (when I was TOLD it was only going to cost me $1.00). I was also in the store the first time for an hour and a half. Subsequent visits - they never have enough staff and you have to wait long periods of time. Stay away from them. I went to the Pella store to ask her about it and she said it would take a few weeks Later I went in and was told she was no longer at that store. I called Verizon customer service who contacted her (she is now the manager of the Osky store, I believe) and she told them my phone wasn't worth anything and she recycled it. The local employee Melissa repeatedly told me the problem was "with Verizon". I spoke to several Verizon reps on the phone who told me that the actual problem was with the local reseller and not their systems. Melissa told me that she has "seen this before" and she "usually has to cancel the online order and reorder it". I suspect she was just trying to snipe the sale. After asking repeatedly asking her to contact her channel support, she finally called the Victra help desk and within a minute everything was magically fixed.
