Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pella

i’ve been to this location many times unfortunately. usually the night staff never gets anything of mine right, and i only go here at night because it’s the only thing open after a long day of work or i wouldn’t waste a penny here. i’ve seen coworkers family’s just hanging out in the parking lot with their kids who are bare footed (every time), and then there’s always a car with the hood up. it looks trashy af. they even put my whole online order on the screen and asked me if it looked right. it did, and then when i got my food, every single item was wrong and almost made my boyfriend sick. on top of it, night staff is very rude. i’ve heard employees scream profanities at each other from outside the window in a non joking tone. i was very shocked to say the least. i don’t mind when employees are joking around with each other in that kind of way, but i could tell this wasn’t a joke. i will never return to this location unless they get it together. they’d be better off just firing the night shift and closing early instead of paying these...

Watch out they stole my debit card Zero stars because this business is atrocious and ridiculous to be honest, have not eaten here very many times, but the one time I have eaten there, On top of their being hair in our food that we got, they took my debit card never gave it back to me, and then when I called them about it, The manager, Ashley lied to me about it told me I could come pick it up before 2 o’clock and then when I got there to pick up my debit card, they told me the safe was locked and that they had told me that in the first place which they said nothing about that and effectively stole my debit card and have it locked in a safe and will not give it back to me now I don’t know if that sketches anybody else out or seems odd as to why a Taco Bell employee would take your debit card and then not give it back to you when you come to pick it up but super unprofessional and...

It's been years since I've been in Taco Bell in fact it was when they had a store in Knoxville and the service there just plain "sucked" And that was due to employees generally as a rule don't care about customer service very well in Knoxville they just want a paycheck !!! Now the Pella store wasn't too bad I had 3-hard shell taco's the shell's didn't taste like any corn 🌽 shell I've ever had (nasty) didn't seem to have very much meat , My wife had 3-soft shell's and she felt like they were too spicy !!! That was on 11/10/21 now today 11/12/21 both of us are not quite at 100% and have spent a lot of time in the bathroom not sure why but I don't think we're going to eat at taco...
