I love this chain of stores. Usually anyone who shops here, knows what they’re looking for. This is where we find all our cool licensed merchandise, of all our favorite characters. However I have to say that this particular store always seems to ruffle my feathers, and then even more so when I am always offered to purchase online when they don’t have anything in my family’s sizes. Not sure how they end up with all the 2XL’s and up! How do they carry their children's clothes with matching sets, yet the size & quantity ratio is so bizarre? I have spent nearly 45 mins excited to find a piece I loved, and then only to find myself uninterested in the whole thing because it can’t have the matching set. Then I realize what a waste of time that was lol. Nonetheless, I love the boxlunch money method. That’s when I really feel like I’m getting the best deals. Lastly, I’d like to add this… if I wanted to shop online I’d shop online. I personally enjoy going into stores still, and finding things on hand. (: unless I absolutely need it, obviously thank goodness for the internet. My suggestion for this particular store is, keep better track of inventory, make sure there is enough sizes for everyone. If possible have a better Loungefly & pin collection. Otherwise never met a worker who was rude or didn’t want to help. They’re always so kind and helpful.    Read moreWorst store to come to for a release. Don’t waste your time or money here. They have rules in place for releases and don’t even follow them, they just do what they want. They allow people to skip others that waited hours in line following the rules they set and sell to whoever they prefer. Employees keep product for themselves and just release what’s left over. The situation of people skipping the line was brought up to the store manger who “didn’t care” her words and left it up to the sales associate at the store Ashley with what to do about it, who decided not to care also and sell what was left over to the people who skipped everyone.    Read moreTerrible order service. Ordered a shirt from the store to be picked up in store weeks ago. Was told it would be around 10 days or so for it to get to them. They also said we would recieve an email confirmation and an email when the item arrived. Never got either email or a call saying my order came in. I did however receive an email asking to review my product almost a month after ordering so that tells me they had the right email on file. I also got a phone call reminding me of the box lunch bucks I got. Ended up refunding the order in the end.
