Haagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I got my traditional item, a vanilla milk shake, which is what I normally get every time. I was so disappointed. The milk shake had the consistency of regular milk. The straw, when placed inside the shake would not stand in it, it would fall to one side. When I told the employee about it, she stated that that it looked okay, and if I wanted more ice cream in my milk shake, it would cost an additional $1.00. That is ridiculous! Google what the consistency of a milk shake should be and you will discover that it should be thick enough for a spoon to stand in it. I ended up getting my money back. If I want flavored milk, I can just make that myself with Nestly Quick. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this...

1 star for the rude staff who made me pay twice. I paid once and he insisted I didn’t, I even pulled up my bank account to show him I was charged he said on his end it wasn’t showing- I even called the bank and put them on speaker, they confirmed the charge went through. Anyways he was still saying I did not pay. He was so rude, full of attitude and ignorant. I had to pay again. I tried for two weeks to reach a manager. Got two scoops of Haagen-Dazs ice cream- one was the cookie dough, and then midnight cookies and cream. It was then drizzled with the dulce (golden brown) sauce and about four-six slices of banana. It was close to $10 including tax. Overall tasty as I was craving something sweet, but feel the price should have been about $2 lower. I suppose it is because...
