Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

My husband order the boneless wings combo. When we sat down to eat he didn’t see dipping sauce. I went to ask for one and she said $0.60 I said but he never got one she said yes if you want one it’s $.60. I asked so one doesn’t come with the combo she said no. I then went and asked the manager. He confirmed the same thing so I went and got my husband‘s chicken and got my money back. We kept the fries and drink because they give you ketchup. The manger after processing my refund says if you would have asked me I would’ve gave it to you. I told him you could’ve did that when I asked you the question but you proceeded with my refund.

If I spend $15.00 on a combo at least you can give me 1 sauce.

That’s crazy and I won’t be buying...

I like charley's philly steak place all the time. This place is different I order for large chicken philly and combo for $2.99..and when I saw my bill it had extra $0.70 cents and u asked why then girl said because i asked for large chicken philly i said that right but not for large fries and drinks then she said its goes automatically but I just ask for regular combo so u have to give me regular size dont need to charge extra $0.70 cents ..any fast food place u go they WILL ASK YOU DO YOU WANT TO MAKE IT LARGE FOR EXTRA $ BUT NOT THIS PLACE so be careful if u dont wont then dont thorw ur money like that...I got refund but still lost $0.20 cents...its not about price its abt services and what you want and where you want to...

The white counter was a mess with trash from straws, spilled drinks, just messy and sticky. Inside the glass area was dirty with spices and cooked food droppings splattered. The cooking area was not kept up while working especially now with all the social distancing and making sure everything is kept clean between customers. People do not clean up after themselves and the staff looked overworked and understaffed for a Friday night. The line set is horrible with no where to lean or hold onto if you have a disability that prevents you from standing long periods of time or have instability to where you have to hold onto a chair or person...
