So it pains me to write this review because I have received nothing but exceptional service at Chick fil A. Granted this is my first time here but in the past the location did not matter. It may now.
A couple of days ago I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Since this location is at the mall, I was surprised that there was a curbside option but then I thought “it’s chick fil a”. They go above and beyond for their customers. I used my GPS to get me there because I didn’t know exactly where it was and it lead me right to the curbside sign. As per the instructions, I went in my app to let the restaurant know that I was there.
I received a message that my food was being prepared. Then I received a message that my order would be right out. Up until this point everything was moving right along. So I sat outside in my car and waited. And waited. And waited. To the point where I almost parked and went inside but I had my dog with me so that wasn’t an option.
Literally just shy of 30 minutes from receiving that message that was food was on it’s way out, a crew member walked out with my food. I didn’t think to check my food because this is chick fil a after all. We all saw the video of the lady praising them, right? I knew my food was good. To my surprise once I got home, my food was cold. My chicken tenders I didn’t care too much about luke warm, however my fries I had a huge problem with that. HUGE problem! We all know how cold fries are. Disgusting and soggy. Very disappointed.

Read moreI have ordered from this location through Door Dash several times and have YET to be sent an order that is fresh. Chicken is always dry and barely breaded. If it is not breaded sufficiently, it's not Chick-Fil-A. The last order that I received earlier this week was beyond overcooked. It was so overcooked that the chicken was beyond thin. That means not juicy at all. Unacceptable. I wish I would be able to add pictures to this review. I am about to place my final order from this location through Door Dash as soon as I post this review. Last chance. I don't know if they have new owners, but almost 15 years ago, this location was owned by a couple and their daughter. They were all so nice, and the quality of their food was stellar! If there are new owners... get it together. Do exactly what the previous owners did. Quality is Chick-Fil-A's middle name. Door Dash orders should be filled ONLY with food that is cooked AFTER an order is received. Let's see how today's Door Dash order goes. I ordered something while sitting in the parking lot simply because I don’t feel like dealing with the attitude of the ladies that’s work there! Ordered online at 10:11am went to around to the drive through and waited and scanned just to be told that my order was cancelled by the app which isn’t true! Because I’ve been to Boca, Fort Lauderdale and the chickfil in that same area and picked up late around 10:40 I was still able to get my order! Please keep in my that I was directed to go in another lane which is why I was late a minute late! These people made me stay at this super for 38 minutes just to tell me that they can’t accommodate my order or issue refund because it was done on the app! One manager offered to make my order minutes later to be told that there’s no more food! After being there for almost an hour! I hate that this store is closer to our home.
