I am a local at this mall and I gotta say the service is the worst (this was Thursday June 22, 2017). I came at around a time where it is a bit slow at the mall so I assumed to be greeted and attended. This WAS my first time at Pandora, but no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed any help. It was when my mother came in that an associate greeted her and asked her if there was anything they can do (my mother directed her to me). On that day I had a special event that I got back from (orientation at FIU) so I was wearing casual clothes (do not understand why my clothes would matter anyways, ALL customers should be greeted equally). On top of that, the Pandora associate Milly made me feel pressured to get the jewelry when I was just trying things out to see what I liked better. I kept telling her no, but she insisted to the point where she got annoyed with me and said to get it because she wanted to go home. Overall, coming into this store reassured my feelings towards Pandora. I never liked Pandora; however, my co-workers, partner, and mother encouraged me to try it out. Read moreI originally went to this location to return a necklace I had purchased online. I was helped by Silvia. When I asked about returning my necklace I was told that I would have to come back in a few hours because there wasn’t enough money to cover my return. I had no understanding for that being that I had used a Pandora card to make the purchase, so immediately I went into defense mode aka attitude. It was calmly explained to me the situation and how it works and I accepted that. Silvia, never being anything but calm and soft spoken, began showing me different pieces and had my total attention. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and the meanings of different charms. She was patient with me a as I had her showing me different charms and different arrangements of styles on a bracelet. Read moreI was super excited to buy a new pandora bracelet for my birthday. I decided to go to this store and check out the bracelets. When I arrived I was instructed to wait outside. A few minutes after a store attendant came up to me and said we have two stations right now so as soon as one clears up it will be you’re turn. I thanked the attendant for informing me and waited. The same attendant came up to me and ask what I was looking for. I explained I’m buying a new bracelet and I wanted to look around and find some charms. She told me I was not allowed to look and that I had to tell them what I wanted. I told her I came to the store to look for what I wanted and she said I’m sorry you can’t. I don’t know why they even open if they won’t let you shop in store. I told her that I would look online instead and order from the website. She did not seem to care at all and said bye.
