Terrible flowers... asked for bright colors, especially orange. Told them wild flowers and orchids if possible. Got red and pink roses and white carnations. Nothing right that he asked for. And tried to call to order, but couldn't. There's a message when you call that tells you to order online. Very disappointing, she doesn't even like roses.

Update: the owner called and left a message about our reviews. She indicated that they were orange roses. They were not orange. They were red. And paired with pink roses, which would look horrible with orange. He asked for wildflowers and orchids and told them my favorite color is orange. We got roses and carnations. He chose the highest tier of "customized" arrangements available. These look like a basic Valentine's Day arrangement, certainly not customized to fit my preferences. We remain very disappointed, enhanced by her message basically stating that we were wrong.

Update 2: I’m responding solely to correct a few inaccuracies in the owner’s reply. I have no interest in engaging in an argument and will not be responding further, as it seems unproductive. That said, the tone of the response was unprofessional and unnecessarily emotional, which further reflects poorly on this business.

To clarify: I have not received any messages from the owner. She did leave a voicemail for the gentleman who ordered the flowers, but whether he chose to return the call is irrelevant to me. I have never been contacted directly by this company outside of the public comment here on Google. As shown in the photo I included, the arrangement contains no orange flowers—only red, pink, and white. In my opinion, it resembled a fairly basic Valentine’s Day bouquet, loosely secured in the vase with a few pieces of scotch tape. Furthermore, orchids are absolutely within the stated budget—I’ve received them before on multiple occasions. The implication that we cannot afford them is insulting and completely out of line. Had there been a way to speak directly with someone when placing the order, perhaps the final arrangement would have better reflected both the sender’s intent and my personal preferences. I called Caylee to order flowers for a funeral. There was a mix up that was not her fault so my flowers never made it to the church. Caylee was so embarrassed and upset over it that she wouldn’t let me pay for the flowers. She also sent a dish garden to the family to apologize for the mix up.
