I ve been going to D& D for a year and a half. I had a experience there today made me sick .the owner is on vacation ok brought bad of tobacco well get home open the bad and iam not joking tobacco is so old tobacco dust with mold on it . so I jump right back in my truck go back. Them second owner who I never seen there .now her husband rang me up . she standing right behind him while we finished trans... She would not exchange the it's tobacco she claims that they have no returns which would normally be okay with me If the product wasn't out of date then she turns around and says to me that's not my bag you didn't buy it at here at her store.she acussed me if trying to rip her off . bull so she called me a lier and a thief.what pisses even more is the husband is standing listening to me argue with her he just be whipped he didn't say a word .amd he one who rang me up 20 minutes ago he remember me but was so afraid of this lady ... Sad so I drove back in my house came back to the store there's a whole handful of tobacco bags that I bought from her store throughout the year. I'm going back there in the morning give him one chance to make it right I don't want my money I just want the proper bag of tobacco that's why I just for just exchange it to make it right I work hard for my money and she sold a product that was expired so I'll never buy anything in that store ever again and she's shame because the other lady is an angel but you're on vacation she lost a lifetime customer here calling your customers Liars thieves so never had...

Take your receipts if you use a card. Checked bank statement. Was double charged twice this month on same day. Probably right after I left. Both on a monday. Can't prove who it was but have a good idea. It's really a shame there is so much greed n laziness n...

Was there for the first time today. As far as bags of value pipe tobacco, they have a very limited selection and their prices are double that of other local shops. Needless to say I will never go back and would never recommend...
