Unfortunately I cannot even recommend 1 star. I've been coming here for quite a few years just for a basic trim. Right before thanksgiving, I decided I wanted to get a light framing layered cut of my face. I was very anxious because I've never done anything major with my hair before and this was my first time trusting a place to make my hair look nice for thanksgiving. Boy did I make a mistake. The haircut in the photo is what I left with. I immediately shared on social to confirm that this is truly the worst haircut I've had in my entire life. I was panicked + stressed because our family thanksgiving was the next day and this was like worst case scenario for me! And on top of that, because they chunked out my hair on both sides I had to chop it to shoulder length, which was unfortunate because I really liked my long hair. And on top of that I paid for $45 for this cut, and then had to pay another $30-$40 for another salon to fix everything all in less than 24 hours. I don't recommend this hair salon and will not be coming back.

Went there about a month ago and got my hair colored blonde with lowlights. The lowlights went away within 2 weeks of getting them done and despite using purple shampoo and conditioner twice a week my hair has a brassy color. My layers were done very choppy and I am not happy with them. For spending over $400 and over 6 hours of my life there I am disappointed to say the least. She didn’t even style my hair after all that time. This is why i normally box dye my hair and it lasts just as long if not longer and takes way less time. Only positive is staff is very nice and the place is very clean.

Update: Owner called me and did offer to fix my hair but with all the time I have already spent there I didn’t want to spend another minute in a salon. I was just honestly hoping for a partial refund for the lowlights and...

I went today to get my hair fixed by Chelsea and she did absolutely amazing. I went to get my hair highlighted a couple days prior by a different person and it ended up being orange and blotchy and nothing that i ask for. the salon did guarantee their work and also offered a reimbursement for the initial disappointing appointment. then i went back just hoping for the best since I didn’t think it could be fixed to be honest. I can say though that i am so happy with the results. Chelsea basically did magic on my hair. She is also very sweet and fun to talk to. this experience was very good and relieving to get my hair back to exactly what I wanted. it also has given me a renewed positive option of the salon. see below the before and...
